Edited from video diary footages shot in one day. Divided into two parts, the first part is shot mostly in blue tone, featuring everyday activities of waking up, going to the bathroom, and hanging a mirror. The second part, shot mostly in yellow, depicts compulsive eating, illustrating both the obsession of the body and the desire to escape from it.

Empty Nest tells the story of a couple who have to struggle to find themselves after their children grow up and move out. It starts out as a fairly simple story of a couple but becomes complicated by a series of events that may or may not be occurring only in Leonardo’s mind.

However from ultrasound reading she had before, she knew she was having a girl. Now the hospital is stone-walling her, saying she is just in denial, due to her loss.
